ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE

If a request for accessible information or complaint is rejected, the decision is disagreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements under Article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if no response is received.
